About the Owners
Started in 2005 by Patrick Hall and Debbie Hall, the latter of whom had experience as a preschool director, Kendall Hall, their son, joined in 2012 after studying Biochemistry and Accounting at UCSD and SJSU and have been managing the care homes full-time since about 2016. They live within a 5-minute drive of all three locations and can respond 24/7 to emergencies or other problems needing urgent attention that may arise. They cater to the needs of seniors 60 years old and above but generally more between the ages of 80 to 100.
Debra Hall, Owner
Debra Hall is licensed by the state of California as the administrator and she has over 20 years experience providing care to others. In the early part of her career, she focused on providing care to pre-school children. After her own children got older she began to focus on older adults, especially as issues developed around her own mother’s care needs. Debra says “I love working with the seniors. Their faces just light up with the extra attention!” She brings energy, optimism, sincerity, and a loving heart.

Pat Hall, Owner
Patrick assists Debra with bookkeeping, maintenance, shopping, and other general assistance needs, so it is truly a family affair. Now that their kids are grown, he finds his work especially rewarding because, “the seniors become like part of our extended family.”

We have fantastic staff to assist seniors with activities of daily living! Staff have been with the company for as long as 15 years and are present 24/7.
